As the Digital Marketing Paid Media & Performance Specialist, you would be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to drive qualified leads, showroom traffic, and vehicle sales. In addition, you would manage multi-channel campaigns across search, social, and automotive platforms, with a focus on maximizing return on ad spend and improving lead-to-sale conversion rates. Key duties include analyzing campaign performance, adjusting budgets based on inventory and sales priorities, managing dynamic vehicle ads, and ensuring accurate tracking through CRM and analytics tools.

You would collaborate closely with sales and BDC teams to align marketing strategies with dealership goals and continuously improve lead quality, appointment setting, and overall marketing effectiveness. Report directly to the Group Marketing Director.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on paid media, preferred
  • Proven experience managing large digital advertising budgets across multiple platforms
  • Hands-on experience with platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Linked In Ads, You Tube Ads, Display, and Programmatic advertising
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy, audience targeting, and conversion optimization
  • Experience working with graphic design tools or collaborating closely with creative teams to develop ad creatives
  • Experience managing or coordinating with third-party vendors, agencies, or marketing partners
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, campaign reporting tools, and performance dashboards
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Experience in automotive or car dealership marketing is a strong plus
  • Experience working with lead generation campaigns and CRM integrations
  • Familiarity with SEO and organic digital marketing strategies
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Essential Duties, but not limited to:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple channels including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), You Tube, Linked In, Programmatic, Display networks, Digital Tv, Radio
  • Manage and allocate large advertising budgets, ensuring strong performance, efficient spend, and measurable ROI
  • Develop and implement full-funnel digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and conversions
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on key KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and lead quality
  • Collaborate closely with management, sales teams, and internal departments to align digital marketing initiatives with broader business objectives
  • Work with creative teams and designers to develop high-performing ad creatives, messaging, and landing page strategies
  • Support and coordinate organic social media and digital marketing initiatives to ensure alignment with paid campaigns
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, media vendors, and third-party platforms
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, messaging, audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve campaign performance
  • Analyze campaign data and produce regular performance reports with insights and recommendations
  • Stay up to date with digital advertising trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies

Hourly Range: $27.00 - $38.00 per hour
