• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates to ensure alignment and transparency
• Drive process improvement by reviewing project deliverables and incorporating innovative methodologies and tools related to IT infrastructure
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
• Develop and manage project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
• Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effectiveness
• Lead scope changes and manage client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates

• Demonstration of strategic mindset for delivering impactful, client‑aligned projects
• Problem‑solving expertise and ability to steer project economics and delivery
• Strong relationship with mid and senior level client stakeholders

• Experience in IT service delivery with significant focus on cloud and database operations management; team management, stakeholder management, vendor management.
• Service Now ITSM, Jira, ITIL v4 practices

• AWS Fin Ops – Cost Governance
• Experience in finding automation opportunities in AWS Cloud and track till implementation
• Experience in conducting DR drills and handling real DR situations in AWS Cloud

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
