Job Overview
The AI Integration Specialist Intern will support enterprise transformation initiatives by assisting in the identification, development, and implementation of AI‑driven solutions across the organization. The internship provides hands‑on experience working with cross‑functional teams to explore how AI can enhance business processes, improve efficiency, and support data‑driven decision‑making. Responsibilities- Evaluate business processes to identify opportunities for AI and automation integration.
- Lead implementation of AI tools and platforms (e.g., copilots, automation tools, data‑driven solutions).
- Partner with cross‑functional teams (HR, Finance, Operations, Marketing, IT) to deploy scalable AI use cases.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable AI solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging AI technologies for enterprise adoption.
- Develop and maintain documentation, governance standards, and best practices for AI usage.
- Provide training, guidance, and change management support to ensure adoption of AI tools across teams.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of AI initiatives, optimizing performance and ROI.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy, and ethical AI standards.
- Strong understanding of AI tools, automation platforms, and enterprise systems integration.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business insights.
- Experience working cross‑functionally in a matrixed organization.

Hours and Office RequirementsPart‑time or full‑time internship (based on program requirements). Occasional flexibility in hours may be needed during key project milestones or initiatives.
CompensationHourly rate: $30.00 – $40.00.
