AreaOf Responsibility
- Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards.
- Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis.
- Design and implement advanced customizations based on ERP platform capabilities and limitations, and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team.
- Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large–scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity.
- Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives through audits to uphold security protocols and industry standards.
- Develop detailed documentation for ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Expertise in ERP systems, architecture, and advanced customization techniques.
- Ability to design complex integration solutions and guide large‑scale data migrations.
- Proactive problem‑solving to streamline complex requirements.
- A strategic mindset to align technical solutions with business goals and market trends.
- Deep understanding of compliance requirements, security protocols, and performance optimization methodologies.
- Sector‑specific expertise for high‑quality project delivery.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud EPM.
- Experience implementing FCCS and ARCS.
- Experience with financial consolidation, statutory reporting, and account reconciliation, including functional knowledge and hands‑on experience.
- Experience collaborating with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Experience in FCCS implementations covering close, consolidation, currency translation, eliminations, journals, and statutory reporting.
- Experience designing FCCS metadata, ownership structures, close calendars, and consolidation rules.
- Experience integrating FCCS with ERP systems (Fusion and non‑Fusion) using Data Management and Data Integration.
- Experience integrating ARCS with ERP general ledger (GL) and subledger systems, including enabling journal posting back to the ERP.
- Experience designing EDM solutions for centralized master data management and governance.
- Experience developing and maintaining data management processes (Data Management/Data Integration) and integrations with ERP systems.
- Experience configuring security, workflows, and reporting structures within EPM applications.
- Experience leading large support engagements while working closely with key client business users and stakeholders.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud EPM Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS).
- Experience with account reconciliation processes and ARCS.
- Experience with EDM is a plus.
- Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of each year of education.
