IT Engineer, IT Support, Systems Administrator

We are hiring an IT Support Engineer to oversee the daily IT operations at our United States site
. You will ensure the office technology runs efficiently by managing system upgrades, performing hardware maintenance, and supporting end-users through our internal help desk.

• Monitor and maintain the stability of the US site’s IT infrastructure;
• Ensure system security, backups, and network connectivity are functioning properly on a day-to-day basis;

• Install, configure, and update software applications to keep systems current;
• Perform regular maintenance on all hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, and servers;
• Troubleshoot hardware failures and coordinate repairs or replacements;
• Serve as the first point of contact for the US site help desk

• Respond to employee technical issues via email, phone, or in-person;
• Provide hands-on support to resolve IT tickets quickly to minimize downtime;

• Bachelor degree in IT, or Software, or related majors;
• Proven experience in IT support or system administration;
• Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and software updates;
• Experience working in a help desk environment;
• Ability to work independently and manage the IT needs of a remote site.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $66,000 to $90,000. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Company Performance Plan with a bonus target of 10.0% of the base salary.
