Masimo Corporation seeks a Technical Support Representative to handle call intake within the Customer feedback and RMA process. You will document customer interactions in detail and support repair and replacement requests for internal and external biomedical staff.
You will enter feedback into Salesforce, create RMAs, issue ERP orders for replacements, and coordinate shipments while liaising with internal teams to resolve issues promptly. Basic device/software troubleshooting is expected.
