Lead a team that partners closely with Field and RSC Operations and cross functional partners to mine for actionable insights across all data platforms and identify and quantify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability in all restaurants;
Partner with Marketing to assist in the management of the Test Market analysis process, determining viability and business impact associated with testing and executing the National Marketing Calendar;
Partner with Restaurant Evolution to quantify efforts to improve restaurant ease, reducing bottlenecks and enable technology that runs the restaurant of the future;
Own measurement and analysis strategy in an agile squad tasked with identifying and innovating to improve pain points in the order make-and-fulfill process;
Design and deliver ongoing and ad-hoc reporting to drive actionable and comprehensive insights covering all operational metrics
