Responsibilities
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including UPS equipment, network switches, surveillance cameras, printer installation and troubleshooting, and associated hardware components.
- Install and configure UPS equipment.
- Deploy and configure network switches, routers, and connectivity devices.
- Install and set up CCTV / surveillance cameras.
- Install printer and troubleshoot issues.
- Network setup and troubleshooting.
- Basic configuration of LAN/WAN networks.
- Setup IP addressing, VLANs, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Diagnose and resolve network issues related to switches, cabling, and devices.
- Perform preventive maintenance of hardware systems.
- Troubleshoot issues related to power, networking, and surveillance systems.
- Provide onsite and remote support for incidents and service requests.
- Configure CCTV systems.
- Monitor system performance and resolve camera/network issues.
- Maintain installation reports, network diagrams, asset inventory, and basic documentation for configurations and troubleshooting steps.
