Volex is seeking a motivated Junior CMMC Compliance & IT Support Analyst to support cybersecurity compliance initiatives, local IT operations, and business technology projects. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional seeking hands-on experience in cybersecurity compliance, IT support, and technology-driven business processes.

Initially, the role will focus on supporting CMMC 2.0 readiness and audit preparation activities while also providing end-user IT support and assisting with automation, reporting, and business systems initiatives. Responsibilities and priorities may evolve based on business needs and organizational growth.

• Collect, organize, and maintain compliance evidence, including system configurations, logs, training records, and documentation.
• Support the maintenance of System Security Plans (SSPs), Plans of Action & Milestones (POA&Ms), and related compliance documentation.
• Track remediation activities and follow up on open compliance actions.
• Prepare audit artifacts and documentation for customer reviews and third-party assessments.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather required compliance information.

• Provide first-line support for hardware, software, user accounts, and business applications.
• Assist with workstation setup, onboarding, troubleshooting, and user support activities.
• Support technology asset management, documentation, and inventory activities.
• Help resolve day-to-day IT issues and support local operational requirements.

• Support business systems, manufacturing technology, and operational projects as assigned.
• Contribute to small development tasks that improve efficiency and productivity.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity, networking, operating systems, and IT support concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment.

• Familiarity with CMMC 2.0, NIST SP 800-171, or other cybersecurity compliance frameworks.
• Internship, coursework, or hands-on experience in cybersecurity, IT support, or compliance.
• Exposure to scripting or programming languages such as Python, Power Shell, SQL, or similar.
• Industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Network+, or equivalent.
• Well-organized compliance evidence repositories.
• Updated compliance documentation and tracking records.
• Audit-ready support packages and assessment artifacts.
• Responsive IT support and technical assistance.
• Process improvements through automation and technology solutions.

• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time.
• Ability to frequently use hands and fingers to operate a keyboard, mouse, and other computer equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person, by telephone, and via video conferencing.
• Ability to occasionally lift and move IT equipment weighing up to 25–40 pounds (such as desktop computers, monitors, printers, and networking equipment).
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, or reach when installing or troubleshooting computer equipment.
• Ability to occasionally travel between company locations, as needed.
• Primarily works in an office and manufacturing environment with occasional exposure to shop floor conditions, including moderate noise.

Must be eligible to work on projects subject to U.S. government regulations. Ability to pass a background check may be required.
