Information Technology Manager, R2R​/Cost Accounting

Job Overview

Oracle Record-to-Report/Cost Accounting Manager with 10+ years of experience specializing in Oracle EBS Finance R12 (and above) and Cost Accounting for a large-scale medical device company, ensuring compliance with industry validation procedures and regulations.

• Implementation, rollouts, and enhancements of Oracle EBS Finance R12 modules including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Intercompany, SLA, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, AGIS, and Project Accounting.
• Proficient in PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle database administration, and integration technologies such as Oracle Integration Cloud, third‑party integrations, and data migration processes.
• Experience configuring core finance modules, cost groups, AGIS, and Project Accounting with strong functional design, gap analysis, and custom object configuration.
• Reporting using SQL, OTBI, and BI Publisher; build KPI dashboards for Finance data.
• Compliance & validation experience ensuring GxP, FDA, and other regulatory compliance in Life Sciences supply chain implementations.

• Participate in all phases of Oracle implementations, from requirements gathering to post‑implementation support.
• Design, configure, and customize Oracle core Finance modules and support cost updates/cost rollups.
• Create functional specifications; collaborate with technical teams to develop and maintain customizations.
• Prepare, review, and approve test plans and coordinate functional user testing.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle Core Finance modules, including Cost Accounting.
• Support month‑end/year‑end closing procedures and WIP to GL reconciliations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and resolve issues.
• Stay up to date with the latest Oracle EBS 12.2 technologies and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Extensive experience with Oracle EBS 12.2 core finance, Intercompany, and Costing modules, including implementation, configuration, customization, and analytics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with keen attention to detail and process optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, dynamic consulting environment.
• MBA or CPA certification is preferred.

This hybrid role is based at the Irvine, CA facility. In‑office presence is required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
