Saicon is seeking an on-site IT/AV technician to deliver hands-on support for customers in Irvine, CA. You will troubleshoot PC/MAC, AV gear, networks, and collaboration systems, configure Surface Hub and Crestron setups, and ensure devices stay connected and productive.
With 2+ years of on-site experience, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment, uphold SLAs, assist with event support, and occasionally travel to client sites.
