CCTV System Operations Manager & Technician Position Summary

We are looking for a skilled CCTV System Operations Manager & Technician to manage, maintain, troubleshoot, and support CCTV surveillance systems. The role combines Service Now ticket management, hands-on field support, network troubleshooting, and operational reporting to ensure high system availability.

• Manage CCTV incidents and service requests through Service Now.
• Perform incident triage, root cause analysis, and coordinate with IT teams and vendors.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain IP/Analog Cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and VMS.
• Diagnose network connectivity issues involving TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, VLANs, and PoE.
• Resolve remote live-view and video streaming issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance, camera cleaning, lens adjustments, enclosure inspections, and UPS testing.
• Manage CCTV user access, audit logs, and ensure compliance with the 30-day video retention policy.
• Prepare weekly status reports and lead operational review meetings.
• Travel to sites for on-site troubleshooting and equipment replacement.

• 3–5 years of CCTV system administration or field technician experience.
• Hands-on experience with Service Now or similar ITSM tools.
• Strong knowledge of IP Cameras, DVR/NVR, VMS, CCTV hardware, and analog systems.
• Networking knowledge including TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, VLANs, and PoE.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to local sites.
• Ability to safely use ladders, hand tools, and testing equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and work in server rooms, outdoor locations, and other varied environments.
