Transformation Lead

• Project and Program Management
• Expertise in Data Center Management and Consolidation
• Expertise in Agentic AI and Gen AI solutions
• Experience with Service Now AIOps and observability tools
• A foundational understanding of AWS Platform (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
• Understands application and workload move planning (cloud, P2V, V2V, P2P, Lift and Shift) and the approaches around each
• Overall understanding of IT infrastructure inclusive of server, storage, network, database, systems, DR Strategies and practices
• Knowledge of AWS Cloud – Infrastructure
• Knowledge of Network and Storage
• Knowledge of Server Virtualization, Automation
• Experience in Change Management, ITIL
• Experience in client management and managing escalations

• Infrastructure Program planning and forecasting of project schedules and budget
• Planning DC Migration to AWS Cloud Platform, identifying pre-requisites, risks and mitigation strategies
• Planning move groups identifying dependencies across infrastructure components for seamless migration from DC to AWS Cloud Platform
• Coordination and managing change management and approvals
• Working with team to identify tasks to be automated as part of migration
• Should be able to envision future state of infrastructure and contribute to strategic discussion on transformation initiative specifically – Data Center Consolidation, Cloud Migration, Infrastructure Automation
• Conduct strategic discussions with Client for Infrastructure projects with respect to
• Understanding and defining requirements
• Effort estimation
• Negotiations
• Defining pre-requisites and risks for the program/projects
• Project planning
• Identification of risks and mitigations strategies
• Program Status reporting and communication with TCS and Client Leadership
• Stakeholder management and building collaborative environment to drive complex transformational initiative
• Collaborating with various teams at client and within TCS for delivering program objectives
• Collaborating and managing third party vendors and partners
• Effectively managing projects under programs and holding project managers and stakeholders accountable for their respective delivery
• Effectively manage client expectations, escalations and mitigate the same
• Review project deliverables for content and quality
• Identifying and recruiting team members required for the program

Team management – Managing effective utilization of team, driving efficiency, motivating team to delivery the outcomes

Salary Range- $120,000-$155,000 a year
