Pre & Post-Sales Software Engineer (CAM Software

CIMS USA is seeking a motivated
Pre & Post-Sales Software Engineer
to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, working directly with customers, and helping PCB manufacturers maximize the value of industry-leading CAM software.

• Develop, enhance, and optimize automation scripts to streamline CAM operations and reduce manual processing.
• Support the sales team during technical evaluations and provide post-sales implementation and technical support.
• Deliver compelling technical presentations and conduct on-site and remote software demonstrations.
• Install, configure, and implement CAM software at customer facilities.
• Integrate CAM software with ERP and production planning systems, including Bacon, Pro Sim, Arekeo Stoc
  , and manufacturing equipment.
• Customize workflows to meet each customer's production environment.
• Provide on-site and remote training for CAM engineers, operators, and production personnel.
• Build long‑term customer relationships by ensuring successful implementations and exceptional technical support.

• Experience with CAM software and PCB manufacturing
  .
• Strong scripting and automation skills.
• Experience integrating software with ERP and manufacturing systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong communication and customer‑facing skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% throughout North America.
