Business Systems Analyst – Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Onsite | Irvine, CA)
Location:
Onsite in Irvine, CA
We’re looking for a proactive Business Systems Analyst who loves turning business needs into clean, scalable Dynamics 365 solutions. You’ll be the go-to partner for our back-office ERP environment, driving process improvements and making systems work better for the people who use them every day.
What You’ll Do- Own day-to-day application support and continuous improvement for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and related Customer Engagement (CE) functionality
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver enhancements that improve efficiency, reduce cost, and elevate user experience
- Lead or support ERP projects end-to-end: requirements, design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Identify process gaps and recommend smart system or workflow improvements
- Work closely with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to keep projects on track and aligned with business goals and controls
- Stay current on Dynamics 365 updates and best practices so we can maximize the platform’s value
- 5+ years of progressive experience in business systems analysis, functional design, or enterprise application support
- Hands-on experience supporting and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (strong preference) and/or Customer Engagement
- Solid understanding of ERP project life cycles, requirements gathering, testing, and deployment
- Experience with integrations, reporting, or data flows in a Microsoft environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate clearly with both business and technical audiences, and take initiative
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
