Skills:

Hands-on experience in GL, AP, AR, FA, CM
Must have implementation experience in Oracle EBS and Oracle cloud.
Required to have at least 2 or 3 full life cycle implementation experience in Oracle Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
Led at least two full cycle Oracle cloud implementations as a finance lead/architect.
Experience in Oracle cloud EPM planning.
Experience in configure to order industry, and understanding of projects linked manufacturing.
Understanding of oracle project methodology (OUM) and agile and testing strategies such as conference room pilots (CRP) and Process Playbacks (SIT and UAT etc.)
Experience in executing implementation strategy, capturing business, systems requirements and analysis, preparing functional specification documents, solution designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing practical business solutions.

Preferred Skill and Experience

Experience with legacy ERP to EBS migration or hybrid multi-ERP environments.
Exposure to Finance transformation programs
Familiarity with SOX compliance, audit controls, and governance frameworks.
