We are working with a growing technology company in Irvine that is looking to add a Business Systems Analyst focused on HR integrations. This role will sit at the intersection of technical development and client interaction, helping improve integrations with third‑party HRIS systems while supporting both internal teams and external customers.
Desired Skills- 3–6 years of experience in systems analysis, integrations, or technical application support roles
- Experience working with APIs, data integrations, and SQL for troubleshooting and validation
- Ability to work directly with clients to support implementations, troubleshoot issues, and explain technical concepts clearly
- Strong problem‑solving mindset with the ability to take ownership of integration challenges end‑to‑end
This is a hybrid role based in Irvine. The environment is collaborative but self‑driven, with minimal micromanagement. Ideal candidates are proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable operating across both technical and client‑facing responsibilities to improve systems and user experience.
