The Senior Analyst
- Port Ops Support Data Analyst supports the New Business Operations and Port Processing Audit teams by collecting, validating, analyzing, and visualizing operational, financial, and audit-related data. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining datasets that support operational performance, process improvement, audit effectiveness, and strategic decision-making. The role works closely with Operations, IT, vendors, and management teams to enhance data visibility, ensure data integrity, and strengthen business intelligence capabilities.
- -Data Analytics & Business Intelligence
- Collect, validate, and consolidate operational, financial, and audit-related data from multiple systems and sources.
- Create recurring KPI reports supporting port operations, process audits, profitability reviews, and management reporting.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, operational risks, and performance improvement opportunities.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across reporting platforms.
- -Support for Optimization & Audit Functions
- Provide analytical support for operational optimization projects and new business initiatives.
- Support process audit activities through reporting, exception analysis, and trend monitoring.
- Assist in identifying process discrepancies, control gaps, and operational inefficiencies through data analysis.
- -Continuous Improvement & Special Projects
- Support system enhancement and reporting improvement projects.
- Participate in testing, validation, and implementation of new reporting tools and dashboards.
- Assist with ad hoc analysis, presentations, and special projects requested by management.
$55,000 - $70,000 per year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)

Skills & Qualifications- Proficient written and verbal communication skills for clear and professional reporting Required
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI dashboard development, data visualization, and business intelligence reporting Preferred
- Proficient ability to work cross-functionally with operations, finance, vendors, and third-party partners Required
- Advanced attention to detail with a strong control-oriented mindset Required
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, validate, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, exceptions, and performance insights Required
- Understanding of data quality, data governance, validation techniques, and reporting accuracy controls.
- Ability to translate business requirements into meaningful reports, dashboards, and actionable insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present analytical findings to various stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver accurate results in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders and provide analytical support for operational, financial, and system-related issue identification, investigation, and resolution.
- Bachelors Degree Required
- 1-3 years of direct experience in Accounting, Billings, Financial Analysis, Data Analysis, Finished Vehicle Operations Required
