AI Transformation Lead
Required Qualifications:
• 10–15+ years of experience in digital transformation, data/AI, technology leadership, or consulting.
• 5+ years leading enterprise AI or analytics programs.
• Industry experience - financial services
• Experience delivering AI at scale—not only experimentation.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience with cloud and AI platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Anthropic
• Knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, MLOps, data governance, and AI security.
• Strong business case development and financial management
