Team
: reports to HRIS Manager, Jason Coss.
2 other HRIS Analysts and 1 Workday consultant.

• Work directly with HR/Payroll functional teams and technical staff to identify, analyze, design, test, implement,and document new systems and associated procedures.
• Translate complex business needs to effective design recommendations.
• Implement solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and that cross-functional impacts are considered and mitigated.
• Provide direction to technical developers for data conversion, complex reports, and interfaces, and support the testing and implementation of integrations into and out of the system.
• Create, document and execute test plansto validate that system updates are accurate, and the system functions as designed.
• Develop, create, and maintain a varietyof reports to answer relevant business questions and communicate key HR metricsto stakeholders in an easy-to-understand format.
• Design and set up security structures across multiple modules, processes and functions in the HR systems anddata repositories and identify need for updating of policies.
• Advise on industry standards and leading practices.
• Provide project manager with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status.
• While implementation of new systems is underway, provide ad-hoc reports and first-level support for systems thatwill be deprecated.
• Other duties and responsibilities as required.

• Experience administering Workday HCMsoftware
• Experience with Workday Payroll module

• Think analytically and apply logic tosolve problems.
• Handle multiple tasks concurrently andmeet deadlines, despite conflicting demands.
• Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with others.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly articulate complex messages and requirements.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
