The Technology Operations team at VIZIO manages critical IT systems, including Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management within the Atlassian Cloud suite. Reporting to the Manager of IT Operations, the team supports multiple business units by ensuring seamless program and financial management, stakeholder collaboration, and operational efficiency. Members apply strong program management and influencing skills to drive technology initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

The team fosters a structured environment focused on delivering measurable value through effective communication, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement, contributing to the overall success of VIZIO's technology landscape.

• In this role, you will manage and maintain the Atlassian Cloud suite, including Jira, Confluence, Service Management, Work Management, and Atlassian Guard, ensuring reliability and performance.
• You will assist users by responding to support requests through the Jira Service Management ticketing system and develop architectural and end-user documentation for the IT Confluence Knowledge Base.
• You will conduct training sessions on Confluence and Jira, covering tool usage, new features, and best practices.
• Working closely with the Senior Atlassian Administrator, you will configure Jira workflows and Confluence templates while identifying opportunities for functional improvements.
• Additionally, you will help configure Atlassian Analytics to deliver actionable insights for IT and business stakeholders.
• A key part of your role will be to maintain governance and best practices to ensure scalability, sustainability, and manageability across all Atlassian tools.

• At least three years of relevant experience as an Atlassian Administrator.
• Demonstrate expertise in managing complex Jira projects and workflows.
• Configure Confluence spaces effectively.
• Strong understanding of Atlassian configuration principles and governance.

• Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
