Your ResponsibilitiesServes as the owner of Market and Competitive Intelligence for North America, providing RNA leadership with high quality insights into macro economic, industry, consumer, and retail dynamics and ensuring intelligence is consistently translated into informed action across the organization.
- Own and shape market and competitive intelligence for North America, delivering forward ‑ looking insights and data on industry dynamics, competitors, brands, and channels
- Act as the regional lead and primary interface for external market intelligence partners and data providers, ensuring numeric data quality, relevance, and continuity
- Serve as a trusted advisor to RNA Board by translating complex market and economic signals into clear implications and analysis
- Lead executive ‑ level market performance reporting for RNA and BSH Corporate across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles; including presentation to a senior audience
- Drive rigor, consistency, and alignment across internal and industry data reporting, including market estimates, forecasts, and required submissions
- Proactively identify and implement new ways to leverage market data, analytics, and visualization tools jointly with internal data experts to support strategic decision ‑ making and ensure efficiency
- Own regional market estimates and forecast process, coordinating cross ‑ functional inputs and ensuring timely delivery in line with global and industry tight timelines
- Govern and continuously enhance Market Intelligence platforms, data access, and knowledge sharing across the region
- Define and champion regional standards and best practices for the effective use of market and competitive intelligence
- Maintain the internal reporting SharePoint with the most relevant, current, and up‑to‑date industry data and reports.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, effectively balancing competing demands while consistently meeting tight deadlines and delivering high‑quality results.

Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Market Research) – Required
- 7-10 Years of Experience (Analytics, Controlling, Market Research) – Required
- 7-10 Years of Experience (Database, spreadsheets, graphics) – Required
- Strong structuring, prioritization, and independent judgment in complex and ambiguous environments
- Advanced market, competitive, and business analytics capabilities with a focus on actionable, forward ‑ looking insights
- Ability to translate complex data into clear implications and recommendations for senior and executive leadership
- High level of accountability and ownership; acts as the regional point of truth for market and competitive intelligence
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including with senior leadership and HQ counterparts
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
