Operational Specialist; Mandarin and English

We are a growing technology services company based in Irvine, CA, providing Cloud and SaaS account provisioning, subscription management, and operational support for our customers.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Cloud Account Operations Specialist to join our operations team. This is primarily a computer-based role involving account setup, subscription management, data entry, and day-to-day operational tasks.

• Set up and configure Cloud and SaaS accounts according to established procedures
• Process account provisioning and subscription-related requests
• Maintain accurate account and order records
• Monitor account status and identify potential issues
• Follow internal SOPs and operational checklists
• Use Excel / Google Sheets and internal tools to maintain records
• Communicate with the operations team regarding account and order status
• Handle confidential business information responsibly
• Follow applicable platform Terms of Service, verification requirements, and payment policies

• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken formats to support Mandarin-speaking customers and team members
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Comfortable working with computers and web-based applications
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
• Reliable and able to complete repetitive operational tasks accurately
• Good English reading and writing skills
• Previous experience in SaaS operations, e-commerce, customer support, or account operations is a plus
• No programming experience required
