Real Estate Closing Coordinator

Overview

Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a Real Estate Closing Coordinator to join their team in Irvine, CA. This is a full-time, entry-level position within the legal and administrative field, focusing on real estate and legal services.

Responsibilities
  • Compile and assemble closing binders according to client-specific procedures.
  • Coordinate with title and escrow companies, lenders, and other involved parties for post-closing follow-up.
  • Prepare and send electronic closing binders and large file packages securely to clients.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and clients to support transactions during and after closings.
    • Qualifications
  • Strong professional communication skills for effective interaction at all organizational levels.
  • Experience in a law firm or title company environment is preferred.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects.
  • Experience in commercial real estate transactions is a plus; a current California Notary Public commission is also advantageous.
  • An associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.

    Salary Range
