Duties
  • Manage a caseload of pre‑litigation personal injury cases efficiently.
  • Conduct legal research and collaborate with staff and investigators to gather evidence.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers throughout the claims process.
  • Demand claims and negotiate resolutions for Third‑Party and First‑Party (UM/UIM) liability claims.
  • Prepare legal documents, including demand letters, mediation briefs, and Petitions for Minor’s Compromise.
  • Lead and oversee a team to ensure optimal case management and results.
Requirements
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to The State Bar of California.
  • Strong passion for helping clients and advocating for injury victims.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for case assessment.
  • Ability to draft clear and concise legal documents.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong administrative skills, including effective organization of files, documents, and records.
  • Desire to grow and develop within the personal injury field.
  • Strong leadership abilities and team management skills.
Education
