This role involves managing a caseload of pre‑litigation cases, conducting legal research, negotiating settlements, and preparing legal documents. - Manage a caseload of pre‑litigation personal injury cases efficiently.
- Conduct legal research and collaborate with staff and investigators to gather evidence.
- Communicate regularly with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers throughout the claims process.
- Demand claims and negotiate resolutions for Third‑Party and First‑Party (UM/UIM) liability claims.
- Prepare legal documents, including demand letters, mediation briefs, and Petitions for Minor’s Compromise.
- Lead and oversee a team to ensure optimal case management and results.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to The State Bar of California.
- Strong passion for helping clients and advocating for injury victims.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for case assessment.
- Ability to draft clear and concise legal documents.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
