Litigation Attorney

Description High-end boutique law firm located in Irvine; CA has an immediate opportunity for a litigation attorney to join their team. This firm is offering the litigation attorney mentorship and development as well as the opportunity to work on complex litigation matters related to commercial litigation, employment law and real estate. Responsibilities:

- Handle employment and business litigation cases - Utilize case management software and legal software such as Lexis Nexis for efficient management of cases - Employ strong litigation skills with a minimum of 5 years of experience - Demonstrate significant state and federal court experience - Show familiarity with class action procedural rules and ESI discovery - Handle PAGA cases and A-Z class action employment - Conduct depositions and manage law & motion - Apply trial experience in handling cases - Use management systems for efficient workflow - Conduct briefings and present complex legal information in an understandable manner.

+ Must have experience in conducting and managing Depositions. + Ability to work independently, manage large caseloads, and keep information confidential. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically. + Must be a member of the CA state bar in good standing. + Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to understand the business needs of clients.

+ Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize multiple projects. + Familiarity with federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to the legal field. + Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
