We are a litigation-focused firm handling high‑exposure, complex, multi‑party general liability cases arising out of catastrophic accidents. Our matters frequently involve life‑altering injuries, including paralysis, traumatic brain injury, dismemberment, and wrongful death. In addition to catastrophic injury defense, we handle a diverse litigation portfolio:
- Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist (UM/UIM) defense
- Business and commercial litigation
- Commercial collections
- Landlord‑tenant disputes
- Bankruptcy and insolvency litigation
- Estate and probate litigation
- Defamation and malicious prosecution defense
- Fraud and misrepresentation claims
- Federal litigation under the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act (PACA)
- Regulatory enforcement matters
- Trial practice in personal injury and commercial disputes
We are seeking motivated attorneys at all experience levels to join our growing litigation team. Attorneys will handle cases from inception through resolution, including:
- Drafting pleadings and dispositive motions
- Managing written discovery
- Taking and defending depositions
- Court appearances and motion practice
- Mediations and settlement negotiations
- Trial preparation and trial
- Reporting and communicating with client
This is a hands‑on litigation role with substantial responsibility.
