Plaintiff Civil Litigation Attorney

Base Pay Range: $/yr - $/yr

A growing civil plaintiff law firm in Irvine is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney to join its team. This role is open to attorneys from plaintiff or defense backgrounds who are interested in transitioning into or continuing plaintiff‑side work in a supportive, growth‑focused environment. The firm is known for hands‑on mentorship, real responsibility, and long‑term career development.

• Handling civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Participating in depositions, mediations, and case strategy
• Working closely with senior attorneys and partners on active cases
• Gaining direct exposure to plaintiff‑side litigation and case development

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $200,000 annually
