Senior Trial Attorney

We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team. You’ll support our ongoing growth as we expand our offerings and enter new global markets. Your primary focus will be on managing complex litigation and counseling on regulatory, competition, healthcare, and related areas of potential risk. You’ll assist in handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling, and representing the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings.

Additionally, you’ll work on forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad.

• Manage complex litigation, including drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Provide risk‑mitigation counseling across diverse legal areas such as competition, regulatory, and healthcare law.
• Represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings, including multi‑million dollar disputes.
• Forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with evolving legal frameworks in the US and abroad.
• Expand responsibilities in line with growing knowledge and skill set.

• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Eye for detail, creative mind, and excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
• Experience in competition and regulatory litigation is a plus.

• Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed.
