• Commercial & business litigation focus
• Competitive salary $130k-$240k DOE
• Quarterly bonuses
  -1800 billable
• 3-10 years civil litigation
• Excellent writing (top priority)
• CA Bar license

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery
• Conduct/defend depositions
• Argue motions and attend hearings
• Communicate with clients on strategy and status
• Participate in settlement negotiations
  
  Manage cases through trial preparation

• 3-10 years of civil litigation experience
• Strong writing skills (top priority)
• Active California Bar license
• Experience handling motions, discovery, depositions, and court appearances
• Trial experience or interest in trial work
• Organized, motivated, and team‑oriented
