Business / Real Estate Litigation Attorney
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business/Real Estate Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex cases from inception through resolution, demonstrating outstanding strategic thinking, superior research and writing skills, and the ability to effectively advocate for our clients in court. Requirements- 3+ years experience in litigation
- Experience in business law, real estate or commercial litigation
- Legal research and writing, law and motion proceedings
- Prepare, take and defend depositions
- Propound and respond to discovery
- Must be a self-starter with strong organizational skills
- Strong academic background and ABA-accredited law school
- Licensed in CA in good standing
