Salary: $135,000 - $185,000 per year

Overview:
Our Client is a well-established civil litigation and business/transactional law firm seeking an Associate Attorney with 5-10 years of experience to join our Irvine, California office. The ideal candidate will have experience in civil, construction defect, and business litigation and demonstrate strong writing and research skills. Dual licensure in Nevada and/or Texas is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Handle civil and business litigation matters, including construction defect cases
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, motions, and pleadings
• Collaborate with partners and other attorneys to manage case strategy
• Maintain clear communication with clients and colleagues

Qualifications:

• Active California Bar membership
• 5-10 years of experience as a Associate Attorney (Civil, Construction defect and Business litigation)
• Proficiency with legal research tools such as Westlaw and Lexis Nexis
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
• Dual licensure in Nevada and/or Texas is preferred but not required.
