Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities:

• 3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, including case management and trial preparation.
• Proven ability to manage deadlines, organize case files, and handle high-pressure environments with accuracy and professionalism.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and writing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in case management software and legal research tools such as Westlaw or Lexis Nexis.
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively prioritize competing demands.
• Availability to work extended hours during trial preparation and attend proceedings as needed

Litigation Paralegal Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably in [insert specific type of litigation if applicable].
• Proficiency in legal research tools (e.g., Lexis Nexis, Westlaw) and case management software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Paralegal Certificate or degree in Paralegal Studies
