We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Litigation Associate to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of our litigation practice, including strategy development, discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal. The role demands a candidate with strong analytical skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to take the lead in managing client relationships and handling cases.

Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of litigation including depositions, legal research, drafting & negotiation of legal documents, and trial & appellate work.Develop litigation strategies, conduct case analysis, and prepare reports for clients.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, judicial officers, and team members.Conduct extensive legal research and analysis of legal issues related to complex civil litigation matters.Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents.Attend court proceedings and argue cases effectively.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, legal news, and trends in the legal industry to drive proactive, strategic case handling and client advice.Work collaboratively with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure smooth case management and client satisfaction.Qualifications
Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admitted to practice law in the state and in good standing with the state bar.Minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on complex civil litigation.Exceptional skills in legal research, analysis, negotiation, and client service.Proven experience in drafting legal documents, such as pleadings, briefs, motions, and discovery requests and responses.Strong oral advocacy skills and experience in court appearances and arguing motions.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical judgment.Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.If you possess the above qualifications and are ready to take your career to the next level, apply today!
