Job Details

We seek an Associate Litigation Attorney to support a construction and surety law practice representing contractors, developers, insurers, and sureties.
Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents; conducting legal research and analysis; and assisting with case strategy.
The Associate will participate in all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
The role also involves client communication and coordination with opposing counsel and experts.
Strong writing, analytical skills, attention to detail, and bar admission are required.
Experience or interest in construction or surety litigation is preferred.
