A well‑established civil litigation defense firm is seeking Associate Attorneys (1‑10 years of experience) to join its growing Irvine office. The firm focuses primarily on personal injury defense and has built a strong reputation over decades of practice. This firm is known for providing junior attorneys with early trial exposure, hands‑on litigation experience, and direct mentorship from experienced partners. Responsibilities- Handle civil litigation defense matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Conduct depositions and participate in court appearances
- Prepare cases for trial and assist in trial proceedings
- Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel
- Manage caseloads while meeting billable requirements
- 1‑10 years of civil litigation experience
- Experience in personal injury defense preferred
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Active California Bar license in good standing
