A well-established plaintiff-side personal injury law firm is seeking experienced Pre-Litigation and Litigation Personal Injury Attorneys to join its growing team. Prior personal injury experience is strongly preferred; however, attorneys with transferable skills and a strong interest in plaintiff-side work will be considered and supported through training and mentorship.
This is a fully on-site position based in Orange County, California (no remote or hybrid options).
In this role, you’ll work closely with firm leadership and gain hands-on experience across litigation, client advocacy, case strategy, and business development. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and is eager to grow within a high-performing firm.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active California Bar license
- Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
- Passion for advocating for individuals against large corporations and insurance companies
- Desire for professional growth, mentorship, and long-term advancement
- Bilingual abilities or multi-jurisdictional licensure are a plus
