Job Details

Salary: $130,000 - $200,000 per year.

Location:

Irvine, Orange County, California. You will work on site 4 days per week with a hybrid schedule.

• Discovery, research, and document review.
• Drafting motions and depositions; interviewing witnesses.
• Opportunity to sit third or second chair for more experienced attorneys.
• Adhering to a 155‑hour billable target; bonuses awarded for exceeding targets.

• JD or equivalent.
• 3+ years of Business Litigation experience.
• Experience with Business disputes, IP, bankruptcy, partnership, shareholder, or trade‑secret litigation.
• Experience with wage & hour, harassment, discrimination, product liability, or lemon law litigation is a plus.
• Transactional experience is a plus.
• Active and in good standing with the California Bar.
