Salary: $120,000 - $225,000 per year

• Competitive salary up to $225k (DOE) + structured, performance-based bonuses
• 20% bonus at 1,600 billable hours (paid quarterly at 5% per 400 hours)
• Additional $20K for reaching 1,800 hours, plus further bonuses at 2,000 hours
• Quarterly bonus cadence offers more flexibility than typical annual models

• Work Remote if you prefer - Hybrid or on-site is also an option

• Advise HNW clients on estate/gift tax planning
• Draft wills, revocable/irrevocable trusts, POAs
• Handle trust and probate matters
• Structure GRATs, QTIPs, marital trusts, etc.
• Support business succession planning
• Collaborate with wealth advisors and CPAs

• J.D. and licensed to practice in California, able to work PST hours
• Recent trusts & estates experience
• Experience with advanced estate, gift, and tax planning techniques
• Strong background in estate administration and trust litigation support is a plus
• Proven ability to manage complex estate plans and high-net-worth client needs
