Associate Attorney

Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid / Flexible Remote) Compensation: $140,000 – $250,000

Our boutique Irvine firm is trading the "Big Law" grind for a culture of integrity and professional autonomy. We are seeking an Associate Attorney for a role that blends high-stakes litigation with strategic business counsel.

Active California Law License Required: To be considered for this position, you must hold an Active California Law License. Please do not apply if you do not currently have an Active California Law License in good standing.

The Role & Hybrid Structure

• The Work: Manage the full litigation lifecycle—from high-level pleadings and depositions to representing clients in court. You will also provide strategic advisory for mergers, acquisitions, and corporate governance.
• The Schedule: This is a Hybrid position. Our standard is 3 days in-office (Irvine) and 2 days remote, but we are committed to professional flexibility—we can work out a custom schedule that fits your needs.

What You Bring

• Active California Law License (Verification required).
• 2+ years of experience in litigation and/or business law.
• Exceptional writing, research, and courtroom advocacy skills.
