Counsel Attorney

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled

Of Counselto join our legal team in Irvine, CA. This position is ideal for individuals with 5-10 years of experience who are passionate about every phase of the litigation process. The Of Counsel will be responsible for assisting with a broad range of legal matters, including legal research, discovery, providing counsel, and preparing for and trying cases.

• Independently manage litigation matters, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and client communications.
• Draft and review substantive pleadings, dispositive motions, and other high-level legal documents with minimal oversight.
• Oversee and direct discovery efforts, including depositions, expert coordination, and document production.
• Provide strategic legal counsel to clients
• Take a leading role in trial preparation and courtroom proceedings, including supervising junior attorneys and legal staff.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• This position can be in-person or hybrid.
