Job Description

Ingram Micro is seeking a Technical Product Manager to support its evolution toward a unified, asset‑light, platform‑led supply chain model. This role will own and drive requirements for highly integrated platforms that enable end‑to‑end supply chain orchestration, 3PL fulfillment, and real‑time execution visibility across a global logistics network. The Technical Product Manager will work at the intersection of execution and orchestration, partnering closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver scalable, API‑driven capabilities that support multi‑party supply‑chain ecosystems.

This is a highly technical role requiring strong experience translating complex logistics and operational needs into clear, actionable requirements within an Agile delivery model.

We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.

Skills

and Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager.
  • Strong experience in logistics, supply chain, order management, or platform‑based fulfillment systems.
  • Hands‑on experience working with complex, highly integrated systems and external partner integrations.
  • Experience supporting 3PL, asset‑light, or network‑based supply‑chain environments.
  • Strong understanding of .NET based architectures, services, APIs, and system integrations.
  • Experience working across the full SDLC in Agile environments.
  • Deep familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with engineers and technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to support collaboration across multiple time zones (PST, EST, IST).
  • Experience with platform‑driven supply‑chain orchestration or logistics SaaS products.
  • Cloud experience.
  • Exposure to AI/ML‑enabled logistics or operational analytics platforms.
  • Background supporting global logistics or fulfillment networks.
