Supplier Documentation & Compliance

• Request, validate, and maintain annual documentation from approximately 275 active suppliers, including:
• SBA documentation
• FAR/DFAR compliance
• Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT)
• REACH declarations
• Work-transfer documentation
• Maintain accurate document control and ensure all records meet internal and regulatory compliance standards.

Data Management & System Updates

• Update supplier lead times, pricing, and Kanban schedules within the AMAPPS system.
• Ensure procurement data accuracy to support planning, scheduling, and inventory management activities.

Reporting & Daily Operations

• Generate and distribute key daily reports, including:
• Inventory receipts
• Inventory movements
• Major account shipping updates
• Support cross-functional teams with timely information related to material availability and supplier performance.

Associate degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field preferred. (Please also share profiles- high school graduates with strong buyer experience)

2–3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or buyer-related roles.

Strong understanding of supplier compliance requirements (SBA, FAR/DFAR, CMRT, REACH).

Proficient in ERP/MRP systems; experience with AMAPPS is a plus.

Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) are required.

Excellent attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and organizational skills.
