Overview
SEB Professional North America is a leader in the professional coffee machine industry, offering three equipment lines:
Schaerer, WMF, and Curtis. This role supports the Supply Chain organization with indirect purchasing, logistics management, reporting, and ad hoc projects. The position is full-time and hybrid.
- Data analysis and reporting: analyze supply chain datasets to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Process optimization: design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to track operational performance.
- Vendor management: collaborate with suppliers to optimize delivery times and ensure compliance with contract terms.
- Collect and analyze data on supply chain operations to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and execute projects to enhance supply chain operations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with shippers and vendors; assess vendor operations and enforce quality standards.
- Measure supply chain performance and report findings to management.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and IT departments to enhance service delivery.
- Required
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field. - Required Experience: 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or a related operational field.
- Language: Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Technical:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), SQL, and ERP systems (preferably SAP). - Analytical:
Strong quantitative and analytical skills to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights. - Soft:
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills; ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Salary range: $80,000–$90,000, commensurate with experience.
