The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Planning is responsible for directing and transforming integrated supply chain operations across multiple regional operations or the entire semiconductor supply chain network. This position develops and implements enterprise supply chain strategies, end-to-end process architectures, and operational transformation programs that create substantial competitive advantage and business value. The role requires exceptional technical expertise, business leadership, and strategic vision to optimize global supply chain networks, planning capabilities, and operational performance while ensuring world-class service levels, working capital efficiency, and cost competitiveness.
Responsibilities- Supply Chain Strategy and Transformation :
Develop and implement enterprise supply chain strategies, network architectures, and transformation programs across multiple regions or the global operations network.
Analyze enterprise performance, planning capabilities, and competitive position.
Optimize global supply chain footprint, process integration, and operational capabilities.
Address strategic business challenges and implement visionary solutions to create sustainable supply chain advantage. - End-to-End Planning and Execution Leadership :
Establish and optimize enterprise planning systems, execution capabilities, and performance management to maximize business value and competitive advantage.
Coordinate strategic supply chain initiatives with manufacturing, sales, finance, and business units.
Analyze integrated performance against market requirements and implement transformational initiatives to address critical capability gaps.
Ensure optimal configuration of global planning networks, execution systems, and alignment mechanisms. - Enterprise Leadership and Talent Development :
Lead and direct large supply chain organizations, executive teams, and global operations.
Establish organizational vision, performance culture, and strategic alignment.
Implement executive talent strategies, leadership capability systems, and organizational transformation.
Address enterprise capability requirements and implement innovative talent solutions.
Create a culture of excellence, innovation, and strategic impact across the global supply chain organization. - Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Network Optimization :
Direct integrated sourcing strategies, supplier network design, and procurement excellence across the enterprise.
Establish advanced sourcing architectures, supplier relationship frameworks, and procurement capability systems.
Analyze supplier network performance, cost position, and technology alignment.
Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and breakthrough supplier integration programs.
Champion procurement excellence and supplier innovation throughout the global organization. - Enterprise Risk and Financial Leadership :
Champion comprehensive risk management systems, financial optimization frameworks, and governance models across global supply chain operations.
Establish enterprise risk strategies, financial performance programs, and compliance architectures.
Address critical business risks, financial objectives, and regulatory challenges.
Promote a world-class risk management culture and financial leadership.
Ensure comprehensive management of enterprise working capital, supply continuity, and business performance. - Strategic Business Partnership and External Engagement :
Identify and implement strategic supply chain partnerships, ecosystem collaborations, and industry leadership initiatives.
Lead external engagement strategies, technology alliances, and supply chain innovation ecosystems.
Analyze industry dynamics and future requirements to identify strategic opportunity areas.
Develop influential external positions, industry standards, and operational frameworks to enhance company position and industry leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field required;
Master's degree or MBA highly preferred
8+ years of experience in supply chain management with at least 3+ years in a managerial role
