Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and supply chain management, is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join their team. As aSupply Chain Analyst, you will be part of the Supply Chain Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst

Pay Range: $20 to $27 p/h on w-2
Duration: 12 month contract

What's the Job?
  • Oversee and execute updates to Bills of Materials (BOMs) to reflect rebranding requirements, ensuring accuracy and timely implementation.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive Phase In/Phase Out (PIPO) plans, coordinating inventory transitions and production schedules to minimize disruptions.
  • Implement scrap minimization strategies, tracking and reporting on reduction efforts to optimize resource utilization.
  • Support production scheduling and procurement activities, creating plans for required materials and managing purchase orders with suppliers during product transitions.
  • Conduct planning analyses to provide insights on inventory management, risks, and mitigation strategies, supporting decision‑making processes.
What's Needed?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a manufacturing environment with hands‑on supply chain planning, production scheduling, or procurement.
  • Experience managing BOM updates and PIPO processes within a product change context.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, IMES, or Oracle.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
