- Manage and optimize field inventory, including consigned instrument sets and units
- Develop and communicate processes and procedures to control and ensure efficient utilization of field inventory
- Perform regular annual audits and reconciliation of inventory held at customers and distributors
- Develop and provide regular reporting and metrics of field inventory utilization
- Evaluate field inventory levels and utilization and recommend optimal inventory levels
- Review, research, investigate, and resolve field inventory discrepancies and disputes related to transferred, returned, lost, or damaged inventory
- Facilitate all RMA inventory returns and follow up on missing sets
- Manage expired units in the field, facilitate returns, and provide monthly metric reports
- Assist Customer Service with correct lot number tracking to expedite processing
- Produce and distribute regular department reports to internal and external groups
- Coordinate the decommissioning process with AP, Sales Operations, Customer Service, and Sales to ensure inventory reconciliation
- Perform stores code transfers to update and manage inventory accurately
- Publish department key metrics dashboard
- Strong proficiency using MS Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Results-oriented, positive, "can-do" attitude with appropriate urgency and tenacious follow-up
- Ability to work as a collaborative team member as well as independently
- Excellent attention to detail, producing high-quality output
- Flexibility and strong organization skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Applies sound judgement when making decisions and communicating with peers and management
- Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
- Experience involving customer contact and resolution of customer difficulties is essential
- ERP experience, preferably in Expandable
- Experience developing and transforming processes and procedures to drive efficiencies and improvement

Demonstrates strong proficiency in managing and optimizing field inventory, including the ability to develop processes for efficient utilization and conduct regular audits. Excels in communication and collaboration, ensuring accurate reporting and resolution of inventory discrepancies.
