* Compensation
- Pay rate: $37.00 per hour
- Support demand planning activities through data collection, validation, reporting, and analysis.
- Assist with forecasting processes, forecast accuracy monitoring, and demand trend analysis.
- Support supply planning and inventory planning to ensure product availability and continuity of supply.
- Partner with planners and buyers to identify and mitigate shortages, excess inventory, and supply risks.
- Monitor inventory levels, transactions, and discrepancies across locations.
- Investigate inventory variances and coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments.
- Maintain and improve supply chain master data accuracy across ERP and planning systems.

- Support system implementation, data validation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, manufacturing, quality, and procurement.
* Education/Licenses Needed

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, inventory management, or related analytical roles.
- Experience supporting ERP systems (SAP preferred), planning tools, or business system implementations.
