Network Scheduler

Eaton's IS AER FMC division is currently seeking a Network Scheduler.

The Network Scheduler plays a critical role within the integrated, intelligent, and agile supply chain organization, focusing on the execution horizon of 0 to 3 months. This role is responsible for ensuring short-term product availability and managing exceptions for finished goods (FG) and semi-finished goods across assigned value streams and markets where supply and demand imbalances exist.

As the primary supply representative for a designated value stream, the Network Scheduler leads the escalation and resolution of capacity and material constraints. Leveraging scenario planning and close collaboration with demand and supply stakeholders, this role drives timely decision-making and alignment across the network. The position reports directly to the Network Planner.

The Network Scheduler develops and maintains accurate short-term supply plans for finished products within the assigned supply network, ensuring product availability across markets over a 0 to 12-week planning horizon. Success in this role requires proactive management of supply exceptions, cross-functional collaboration with teams throughout the Eaton network and external partners, and the ability to identify root causes and implement both corrective and preventive actions to minimize disruptions and improve supply performance.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $112000 - $164000 a year.

• Create the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Coordinate team of CoE resources (buyers, planners, production schedulers...) to deliver MPS Plan.
• Interface with operations to drive schedule adherence.
• Report and analyze key performance indicators to drive supply network improvements in cash, cost and customer service results.
• Ensure a feasible plan to minimize demand at risk and maximize customer service level while remaining within inventory and cost targets. This requires the ability to create and analyze different scenarios against a defined scorecard.
• Be a key success driver to this role is the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple functions, in order to drive improvements across our end to end Supply Chain and serve our customers efficiently.
• Manage all exceptions in the 0-12 weeks horizon where there is an imbalance in demand and supply, collaborate on root cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure capacity shortages are addressed or escalated.
• Evaluate and share the impact of material exceptions on the short-term FG plan with material planners.
• Monitor customer on-time service level and inventory exceptions in the short term.
• Participate in decision making and movement of slow moving inventory within the value stream.
• Monitor planning parameters accuracy by conducting periodic audits and getting ERP updated as needed.
• Act as primary point of contact for product availability in their value stream.
• Stay close to the demand information to react quicker to changes.
• Own escalations, brings to conclusion in cooperation with material planners, buyers and production schedulers

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 3 years in Supply Chain (Materials Management, Inventory management, demand planning, supply planning, procurement, SIOP).
