Facilities Maintenance Associate

** 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

* Key Responsibilities:

* + Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the facility to uphold a professional environment

+ Stock supplies and support daily operational needs of the workplace

+ Handle waste removal, recycling, and proper disposal procedures

+ Identify and report any facility maintenance or safety concerns promptly

+ Assist with basic maintenance tasks and general facility support duties

+ Follow all safety procedures and adhere to company policies to ensure a secure work environment

** Requirements:*
* + High School Diploma or GED

+ 1-2 years of experience in facilities, custodial, janitorial, cleaning, or maintenance roles preferred

+ Valid driver's license required

+ Knowledge of cleaning equipment, products, and safe handling practices

+ Strong attention to detail, reliability, and organizational skills

+ Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

+ Basic maintenance and problem-solving skills

+ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

+ Physical capability to lift, carry, push, and pull 30-50 lbs., and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and stooping throughout the shift
